Just letting you all know how we support our “Family Immune System” with our “Daily Habits”:
💖 Nutrition is key….Organic Leafy Greens (Kale, Spinach etc) is the missing key. I make up smoothies for myself and my little two (who love them!). We also use Raw Beetroot and plenty of wholefoods and Immune Boosting Herbs. I’m a great believer in Plants.
💖 Water – yes the most obvious choice but often overlooked. Good quality filtered water.
💖 Supplements – as we all know the soil is depleted so it’s very hard to get all of our nutrients from food. I use only wholefood bio available supplements not synthetic ones.
- Vitamin D – daily
- We all as a family take Vitamin C
💖 Fresh Air – and we get PLENTY of it! We’re not long back from our daily walk. It’s good for the soul. I’m a BIG believer in getting kids outdoors exploring nature.
💖 Gratitude – really this should be TOP of the list. When I was pregnant with my little two babas I wrote in my Gratitude Journal Daily and had a very easy pregnancy with two Healthy Babies. I use it daily and will be teaching my little two about the Power of Gratitude
I’ve always said the ancient Egyptians knew a lot more than we do. We could all learn a lot from them.
