If you’re like me, with an inquisitive mind, you’re probably wondering what 2025 holds for all of us as a collective.
Driven by my passion for uncovering deeper truths, I dove headfirst into this question. I reflected on my own journey in sports and how I couldn’t help but reflect on my own experiences, how I used to thrive in competitive sports and how that mindset has shifted for me over the years.
I used to train Muay Thai, a sport I absolutely adored. It wasn’t just about punches, knees and kicks; it taught me so much about myself, pushing me to dig deep spiritually. The discipline, the strength, it all came together in a way I never expected. And I had the best trainer, along with a solid crew of guys to train with. Even though those hill sprints with the lads felt like torture at the time, looking back, they were game changers for my fitness. The sweat, the pain, it all paid off. It was more than just a sport, it was a journey of personal growth.
